Welcome to drakonizboosting.com (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing or using any of our services, you (“the client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Description of Services

We offer digital gaming services, including but not limited to rank boosting, coaching, and in-game achievements for various online games. All services are provided digitally and require no physical delivery.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our services.

3. Account Access

Certain services may require you to provide access to your gaming account. You are solely responsible for ensuring that providing such access does not violate any terms of service from the game publisher. We are not responsible for any penalties, suspensions, or bans imposed on your account.

4. Service Timeline

Most services begin just after purchase and are usually completed within 72 hours, depending on the service. You will be informed of the estimated timeline upon ordering.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, abusive, or exploitative purposes. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or resell our services is strictly prohibited.

6. Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that using account sharing or third-party assistance may be against some games’ terms of use. You accept full responsibility and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or penalties resulting from the use of our services. By using our services, you release us from any liability related to the game account or service outcomes.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a service has started.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Before Service Begins: If the service has not yet started, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • After Service Begins: No refunds will be granted once the boost or service is in progress.
  • Completed Services: Refunds are not available for completed services under any circumstances.

Chargebacks & Disputes:

Attempting to bypass our refund policy through a payment dispute or chargeback will be considered a breach of contract. We will provide all necessary documentation to the payment processor, including:

  • Proof of service delivery
  • Communication logs
  • IP logs and timestamps
  • Acceptance of Terms of Service

Users who attempt a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently banned from using our services.
